Who We Are
Castle Chemist (formerly Boots Chemist) is located in Weoley Castle, Birmingham and part of the Kings Pharmacies and Opticians group, an independent small family run group of pharmacies and opticians in South Birmingham. At Castle Chemist, you can be confident being an independent pharmacy, customer service and we will always go the extra mile to help our patients in any way we can. We Provide a range of services ranging from Free Blood checks, Stop Smoking clinics to FREE prescription deliveries.

At Castle Chemists, we pride ourselves in helping patients get the best of their medicines and will always go the extra mile to source hard to obtain medication, offer medication deliveries or arrange medicines into Blister packs.
01 Medines supply problems
We pride oursleves in having a large range of suppliers, meaning we can often source medicines which other pharmacies may not be able to, speak to our friendly team if you require a hard to obtain medicine.
02 FREE medicine deliveries
We offer a FREE delivery service to all our patients who need it. We are able to recieve presctiptions electronically from your GP and often deliver medication the same day we recieve it from your GP. This service is free and not funded by the NHS so all we ask is to reserve it for those who need it.
03 FREE Blister Pack service
We offer a FREE blister pack preparation service. All medication is arranged into weekly medicine packs organised according to days of the week and dosage times and can be delivered directly to your home for FREE.
